1. The service

SEO Comets provides 105 browser-based SEO and content tools plus educational articles, free of charge, for personal and commercial use. We may add, change, or retire tools and content at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the tools lawfully and respectfully: analyze only websites you own or are authorized to test; don't use the tools to harm, overload, or probe third-party sites; don't scrape, mirror, or systematically bulk-download this site or wrap our tools in your own service; and don't attempt to disrupt the site's operation. We may block traffic that abuses the service.

3. No warranty

Tools, results, and articles are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Estimator outputs (keyword difficulty, authority scores, link values, earnings and ROI projections) are heuristic and informational only. Verify important decisions against primary sources — nothing on this site is professional, legal, or financial advice.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Comets and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from use of (or inability to use) the site, the tools, or reliance on their output — including lost profits, lost rankings, or lost data. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.

5. Third-party services and links

Tools that rely on third-party APIs (Google PageSpeed Insights, Chrome UX Report, autocomplete feeds, DNS and RDAP services, public proxies) are subject to those services' availability, quotas, and terms. Outbound links are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for external content.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, tool implementations, and articles belong to SEO Comets. You're welcome to use tool outputs (generated sitemaps, meta tags, reports, exports) freely in your own projects, commercial or otherwise. You may quote our articles with attribution and a link; wholesale republication is not permitted.

7. Advertising

The site displays clearly-labeled third-party advertising. Advertisers are responsible for their own content; an ad's presence is not our endorsement.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
