About this tool

One malformed line can invalidate a disavow submission. Paste your toxic URLs and domains, and this tool normalizes everything into Google’s exact required format — converting URLs to domain: entries where you choose, deduplicating, validating syntax and adding documentation comments — ready for Search Console’s Disavow Tool.

How to use the Disavow File Generator

  1. Paste suspicious URLs or domains (one per line, any messy format).
  2. Choose URL-level or domain-level disavow per entry.
  3. Download disavow.txt and submit it in Google’s Disavow Tool.

Frequently asked questions

Should I disavow links at all?

Only for clearly manipulative links (paid networks, hacked-site spam) or after a manual action. Google ignores most low-quality links automatically — disavowing good links can hurt.

Domain or URL level?

Domain-level (domain:spam.com) is safer and covers every URL on that site; URL-level only blocks the exact address.
